Commitment to privacy

You must be willing and able to commit to the HIPPA levels of privacy that is required.

Physical requirements

Previous experience as a PSS/DSP/CNA preferred but not required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Access to reliable transportation

Must be able to pass a criminal background check (we may be able to work with some family caregivers that may have lightly questionable backgrounds)

Ability to think and work both independently and with direction

Must have exceptional personal hygiene

must be able to stretch and lift and push – 25 lbs at least

use a vacuum

Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner

Knowledge of basic housekeeping
